THE COMMUNITY
Orchard Park is part of the Pine Creek community. The Pine Creek golf course
consisting of 200 acres is the center of the neighborhood. Orchard Park, nestled on a
hilltop within Pine Creek, offers outstanding views of Pike Peak and the Southern Range
and is ideally located near the finest amenities this part of the city has to offer. We
have 64 lots to choose from in our first phase including cul-de-sac and walkout lots.

District 20 enjoys
a national reputation for excellence. Students consistently score well above the national
average on SAT and ACT scores and each year an exceptionally high number of graduates
