As a new home buyer you
have the right to be represented by a Realtor in your relationship with a builder. This
costs you nothing as the builder pays the Realtor. The builders sales people have a
responsibility for the builders interests while the Realtor protects your interests.

a major investment and a decision that will affect your daily living for years to come. As an investment, your home can produce significant
capital gains in just a few short years. As a
part of your daily life your home should add to your comfort and pleasure.
I
am a professional
buyer’s representative and I have a responsibility to guide you in the process of
selecting and purchasing your home. I
provide the best possible recommendations regarding this investment and I go to great
lengths to find the perfect match in a home for your family. As your representative I work
for you, not the seller or the builder. I look out for your interests.
I will listen to your
needs and desires and I will not waste your time or mine showing you homes that do not
meet your needs. If you would like to have a new home built or a custom home designed and
built, I will be there to help you through the transaction from the contract to the
closing table and I will work directly with the builder to see that things are done in a
timely manner and to your satisfaction.
If you are just in
town for a short time I will preview homes for you so when you arrive we will not waste
any time.
